Potatoes – 1 ½ lb
White mushrooms – 8 Oz
Garlic – 2 cloves
Milk – ½ cup
Butter – tablespoon
Salt – ¼ teaspoon
Frozen peas – 1 ½ cup
Light Sour cream – 1/3 cup
Procedure to Make Chicken Fricassee
Here are the steps to follow to make chicken fricassee.
Step 1 : You should combine chicken thighs, salt pepper, lemon peel and thyme. Then should be covered in plastic bag to refrigerate it overnight.
